Syncing 1 of my messages contact from my phone to my iPad.

This contact is the only one of my contacts that does not sync with my iPad or any other device. It synced in 2022 but does not sync now. I have done all the steps to make this work, but it does not. My iPhone is a 14 Pro Max and my iPad is a iPad 2021. I also have an Apple Watch SE and Apple TV 4K. Thanks for your help.

On my mac, it only shows the messages that I have sent on my phone, and does not receive messages from the other party. It doesn't show that it has delivered either when it clearly has on my phone. Some contacts & their messages won't sync from my iPhone to my MacBook This is really annoying. Some contacts and their SMS messages in my phone won't sync with my MacBook. I have re-set my iMessage and contacts preferences on my Mac and iPhone. I have restarted my iPhone and Mac. And am at a loss as to what to do next. Please help! My MacBook is on Monterey, 12.4. My iPhone is on iOS 16.2.
