external for MacBook Pro with M4 chip

I want to connect an Apple Cinema Display 30” (model A1083) to my new MacBook Pro M4.

The screen comes with adaptor Apple Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI (model A1306).

Is it possible to connect it and what type of adapter do I need?

Connect my Macbook Air, with Apple M2 to two external displays? I'm having a hard time extending my Macbook Air to more than one external monitor. I've purchased a $139 Belkin Mini Doc with 2 HDMI ports but it only recognizes one monitor. Is this not supported on the M2 chip?
