How to access my iCloud files in Finder with iCloud off

The firm uses Intune MDM and have with a profile turned off iCloud on my MacBook Air M2 with MacOS Sequoia 15.4. I can't turne it on. Is there a way around this? I need to synch iCloud to my Finder. I have used iCloud in a web browser for some time, but then I have no use of the powerful apps installed on my Mac. So I'm not looking for a suggestion of OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

In short: I need an app on my Mac to synch iCloud to/from Finder on my Mac while MDM have turned off iCloud.
