How can I unlock and recover data from a locked iPhone?

I lost my phone for a lengthy amount of time and recently found it again. Multiple issues: I don’t remember the password, I don’t have access to a Computer/Laptop to do the iTunes recovery method, nor do I have the resources to take a stop by the apple store. I’ve had about nine failed attempts and I am REALLY afraid of automatically getting my phone data erased after the tenth failed attempt. I simply don’t know what to do. I cannot lose this phone’s data since it is the only phone I have with all my personal and important logins, contacts, number, data for apps, etc.

Please help. I don’t know any alternatives besides possibly leaving the phone dormant for another long period of time and hoping the failed attempt lockout resets and I get more attempts.
