Want the bar showing date on a photo to stay ON

Moving my cursor to the top of a page with a single photo on it makes a bar come on which shows me the date the photo was taken. How can I make that bar stay ON?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.7

Got it! In the View menu check this option;

The info bar will show full time but also the Sidebar

Can you post a screenshot of the bar. When I click on a photo to make it show it full size I get this bar at the top which is always visible regardless where the cursor is.

Is that what you're referring to?
