How do I cancel a pending purchase for an expired in-game deal?

I accidentally made purchase for an in game limited time deal. The deal is over and so it doesn’t exist anymore. It was like $21 I have had the money in my account for like 3 days now. But it won’t go through. So i don’t know if it won’t go through since it doesn’t exist or what. I just want to either pay it or cancel the pending purchase so i can use my App Store again. Any suggestions or solutions?

I've been trying to cancel a pending purchase for weeks and I saw a reply here that I can cancel it by clicking cancel purchase next to the price and there isnt any cancel purchase for me. Pending purchase problem Hello! I was really enjoying the LoseIt! app, so i decided to buy the monthly premium ($10) but for some reason they charged me the anual premium ($50!!!). But i can't afford it. I simply dont have that money in my bank. So now there is a "pending purchase" on my apple device even though i cancelled the anual subscription and i cant install apps and/or update them. Also note that although it says cancelled it appears in the active section.
