iPad Calendar all day events still span on two days

Even after new updates of MacOS and iPadOD, hen I synchronize my iMac Calendars to my iPad via USB cable (I do not use iCloud Sync), all day events on the iPad span over two days. On the iMac, calendars are perfectly OK.

I recently updated to MacOS Sequoia (15.4) and iPadOS 18.4

but I am still plagued with it. This is very frustrating.

The problem is present for more than one year.

Apple support team was unable to solve the problem.

Is the someone who can help?
