How can I recover accidentally deleted device from iCloud?

I've accidently deleted two old devices from iCloud. I'm devastated that I have lost almost all my photos of my Mom. Both devices still show in Find My. Is there any way to recover them from there? One device is damaged and cannot turn on and the other device has sense been reset and gifted to our granddaughter with her own apple ID logged into it.

Today is 11 years since we lost my Mom. I went to find a photo of her and they are all gone. Heartbroken doesn't even describe what I'm feeling. Everything I've read leads me to believe I will never be able to retrieve them.
