What to do when Paramount+ displays incorrect CBS market on Apple TV?

Following an upgrade to AppleTV to version 18.4, I have encountered a problem with Paramount+ through the AppleTV app. After upgrading, the app no longer displays local affiliates.

To resolve this issue, I have installed the standalone Paramount+ app. This app does display live TV for CBS, but it is in the incorrect market. I am unable to determine how to change the location settings for Paramount+ in either scenario.

Yes, I am a Paramount+ with Showtime subscriber. 

I have: force quit, reinstalled, rebooted, allowed app to track, etc. I hope I’m missing something and this isn’t a “new” feature. 

The iPhone Paramount+ app is working as expected and streams the correct CBS affiliate. 

Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?
