Why does my iPhone keep thinking it's an Android and how do I remove microphone details from the front?

You would need to provide more details:

• Where on your does it think it is an Android?
• The Microphone on the front of your phone is for your security to alert you that an app is "listening". In some cases, it is due to Voice Control and if you would not want to see it there, then turn off Voice Control. If it is due to an app, then prevent the app from using the Microphone in Settings. All that will depend on the reason why you are seeing the Microphone. Again, more information is needed and in both cases, provide a screenshot if that will help with what you are seeing.

First it would really help if you were to do 2 things. First explain why you believe that your iPhone believes it is an Android, and second, please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on the front of your phone for details. Don't forget to mask any personal information.
