How to access Apple Account when passwords are denied?
Carefully recording passwords, using different devices access to accounts are denied what is happening?

At this point, I have no idea what passwords you are referring to. If you mean you cannot access your Apple Account, then the article I provided explains how to proceed. You mention "Google passwords" and "Index cards", so I frankly have no idea what you're talking about.
I can reset passwords but am denied access with the same device, or trying to enter the new password .
Google passwords are saved index cards are also. Many times I am denied access bercause the pw was new. (I was trying to access an account with my index cards and memory but am routinely denied
