iMac 27" 2020. The fan is running at full power

Hi all. Yesterday I encountered a problem. The iMac turned on the fan at full power after waking up from sleep mode. The SMC reset did not help. I updated the operating system and the problem disappeared for a while. Then the problem reappeared. I reinstalled the operating system and again it helped, but not for long. I noticed a pattern that the fan starts to behave incorrectly the first time after waking up from sleep mode. So, the problem is in the software, obviously. Has anyone encountered something similar?
