How to monitor Iphone native app network without proxy

I have a native application on Iphone and want to know if there is a way to check its network traffic while connected through cable to MAC (or may be there is an option also for Windows).

I can't use tools as Proxyman or Charlies, because I must use our manual proxy configured on the device in order to be able to access our test environment, so I cant change it to something else as Proxyman or Charlies proxy.

Web inspector that we have at Mac in Safari shows only newtork from Safari browser and cant be used for application.
