Why do I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling streaming apps on Apple TV?

I am not sure if anyone else is having the same issue with apps but I have to un install Prime and Disney+ and then reinstall them to work. They tend to not load properly or when in the app the commands on the remote do not change the page or screen.

Is this an issue with the HD box or the apps themselves? It is frustrating for sure.
