Unable to accept new iCloud Terms and Conditions on my iPhone 7

My iPhone 7 asks me to accept the new conditions in order to be able to use iCloud on my phone. It keeps trying, keeping me with a trueing wheel on the starting screen, without bringing me to the conditions' screen. I have accepted them on my iPad.

note : I bought my iPhone 7 new in August 2020. 5 years haven't passed, it is already out of date, why can't we use a device for at least 10 years ? Same for my iPad and my MacBook Pro, all out of updates long before hitting their tenth birthdays, totally waste of ressources and carbon unfriendly ;)

Go to Settings, Mail, Accounts.

Make sure there are no other icloud addresses in the list apart from your main iCloud account at the top. if so remove it and try again. if no help...

Borrow another newer device, and in Safari sign into icloud.com, see if you can accept them there.

If that doesnt help call Apple Support. This is a very common complaint in some countries and I have not seen a success report yet
