We need more information if we are to help you. To help us answer your question:

  • Include the name of the device (iPhone? iPad? Which model?) and its iOS or OS version.
  • What is the name of the app?
  • With that error message, did it include instructions? If so, did you follow their directions? 
  • List any trouble shooting steps you have already tried.
