Missing notes from Contacts app after updating iPhone to iOS 18.3.2

I am updated to 18.3.2 and it appears as though I am missing notes (not the App Notes) from my Contacts. Please advise as to a resolution to obtain the missing notes in Contacts. Thank you

Some notes under Contact have disappeared I keep important notes under my Contacts on my iPhone. However, two notes, the ones I especially didn't want to lose, disappeared from those Contacts sometime in the past year. All other contacts still have their notes. I suspect I clicked on something in my phone, thinking that it would help me to NOT lose those two notes, when in fact it caused them to disappear. I have not used iCloud to back up my phone, so they aren't there. Any ideas or suggestions about where they might have gone to, and how I can find them again? I would appreciate any and all the help I can get! :)

Lost Contact Notes when Merged Contacts - Please Help Hi! I recently followed iphone’s suggestion to merge duplicate contacts and in the process the notes that I have for my contacts (important information) was removed. How do I get it back please? I need these notes!!! HELP please!

Are you syncing your contacts to iCloud or another email service?

Not all email providers support the notes field in contacts.
