Connecting wireless lavalier mic to iPhone and MacBook

Hello I would like to buy a wireless lavalier mic that I can use:

1) while filming with the default video feature on the camera on my iPhone 13 (which has a lightning port)

2) linked directly to my MacBook Air M1 (which has USBc ports) so I can do voiceovers directly into iMovie

I'm not very clued up about tech, so that's why I'm checking in with you all here. I've found this: https://www.gear4music.com/PA-DJ-and-Lighting/SubZero-Wireless-Lavalier-Mic-with-USB-C-and-Lightning-Connections/4ZLQ which seems like it will fit both with my iPhone and Mac. But I thought I'd check here incase anyone knows more than me. Is it likely to be compatible with the software I've already got? Can I link a mic receiver to the USBc port on my MacBook? Any other issues that I have no idea about?! Thanks in advance for any help.
