How do I prevent Gmail from asking for my work password on Apple devices?

every time I try to log into certain account like my email or other personal apps Gmail is asking for my password and my only Gmail is for work. I don’t want my apple account linked to a Gmail.

it’s happening on all my devices not just iPad my iPhone and my MacBooks also
