How do I unlock a locked iCloud account on my iPhone?
My iCloud has been locked and I have tried to wipe he phone and still locked I can’t use It for any an I need my phone 😔😔

Are you suggesting you don't know your Apple Account (ID) and Password. Or are you possibly suggesting you bought a used iPhone, which is Activation Locked? Either way, the more information you provide the easier it would be to help you.
