That's good. But it is absolutely, utterly, completely not necessary to use a VPN on iPhone. VPN's simply don't provide the security you think they do and if anything, provide less security. Many VPN's sell your data, locations, and search history to scammers, especially "free" VPNs. You may see additional issues caused by using a VPN on your phone. For example, many banking apps won't work at all through a VPN. Your choice of course, but many of us senior members on this forum constantly advise against using a VPN on iPhone.

Remove the VPN entirely. Don't just turn it off.

You may also need to reset the network settings.

• Have you tried on both Wifi and Cellular?
• Do you have Low Power Mode turned on? Siri will work with Low Power Mode, but it can also affect its performance.

OK, as long as you understand that using a VPN on iPhone will often cause issues and it does not provide the level of security you think it does.

• Do you have any proxies or firewalls on your router that are blocking ports?
• Have you tried restarting your router?
• I have also seen some VPN's block ports even when off and they have to be removed completely. Not sure if that would be the case for you, since it now works on Cellular.
