How do I identify and prevent scam/malware on my iPhone?

It is very hard to recognise what is true or false. When someome use some virtual copy with full access to change every single setting, you can't do much. Someome uses my identity to create some softwares, licences, beta-nonses, sim-swaps etc.. advice like - factory reset - useless. 8 months now. Still not solved, still using my data to whatever reason. I do not know. Help me someone.

Since you are just positing generalities without any specific information or providing any screenshots that would show a concern, my recommendation would be:

  • Create new Apple account
  • Reset device and use this account. You will not be able to restore from a backup so any data will be lost.
  • Reset all email passwords
  • Since Social Media is a source of many scams, you will also want to create new accounts there if you choose to use them at all.
  • Never click links in emails/messages or call provided numbers to give personal information.
  • Review information provided here:

Per the Apple AI summary: “Identity theft, data misuse, and software creation persist for eight months.”

Please consider why you expect that anybody can assist with what has been ongoing for eight months, with previous discussions, and with previous suggestions and remediation efforts all failing to resolve this, and particularly with the breadth and depth of access being reported.

You’ve undoubtedly already taken steps such as a credit report freeze, preventing unauthorized access to your gear, and migrating to eSIM or such, among other steps undoubted previously suggested.

Which means that for what is being reporting, and after eight months, your current approach toward resolving whatever might be happening here has clearly and unfortunately failed.

Accordingly, you’ll want to identify and to try a different strategy, and to better isolate and identify whatever is arising here. Or steps to alter and potentially simplify your environment away from exposures to the myriad security issues alleged.
