I want Gaia to open when my iPhone is rebooted

I want an app to be open (or brought to front) when my iPhone is started (rebooted). Maybe this has to be after I open the phone after a reboot.

I don't see how to do that in Shortcuts

Use case: I often have my GPS app (Gaia) recording and if I reboot the phone Gaia stops recording until I open Gaia. Reboot sometimes necessary to get Maps to get itself straightened out or the battery runs dead. And I forget to open Gaia.
