How to resolve stuck rings on Apple Watch for total activity and ring closure?

Hi,

I would need advice on rings on Apple Watch, I got stuck approx 2 months ago with rings for total activity 1250 days, also ring 1250 closing all rings. Ended up going to higher tech support as they have tried all the steps but still these rings are stuck. Would anyone have an idea how to enable them? It's taking an awfully long time to resolve if my activity isn't working then what's the point of the watch. When the notification is already a problem defacto since the inception of the watches that go on repeatedly, which I have become accustomed to so after all activity is important for me to keep track of my fitness.

Yes sure, I was told that it was passed on to higher support and that it would be under an update (of some sort) they were unable to say what. Because more people are having problems with it, but in my area it doesn't do it to people :/

However, there have been two updates in between and still nothing. Moreover, they promised to get back to me because I needed a message from higher tech support to let me know how things were going, no one got back to me
