New iPad showing white rectangle when restoring from backup

Got a new ipad and trying to start up by uploading cloud back up from model md333ll/a. Couldn't use linking cause it's a 12 year old ipad. How long should it take? All I have now is a boka screen with a white rectangle.

Restore screen appears but I have no laptop I am having trouble accessing my phone it shows the restore screen along with a little laptop image but I have no laptop is there any possible way to do it without one?

restoring ipad 10th gen problem i did everything perfect and tried to restore my ipad, but the download took more than 15 min and the ipad plugged off from restore mode. when i did the steps again and plugged it in my macbook, the download bar is striped like a candy bar and i dont think it’s downloading it
