Today, After updating my iPhone SE 1st Gen to iOS 15.8.4, my phone's touch isn't working correctly, sometimes seeing ghost touch. I have downloaded iOS 15.8.3 but whenever i try to install, it shows this firmware is not signed version. Is there any way to downgrade to 15.8.3?

There is no way to downgrade your iPhone's iOS version. It has never been supported and it will likely cause more issues to begin with.
