Unable to reply to friends workouts

My garmin watch is connected to my apple fitness app and this will not let me reply to my friends workouts. When I reply it comes uk blank for my friends, how do I fix this?

Shared Fitness Workouts on Our Apple Watches My son and I share our fitness workouts on our Apple Watches. I was able to reply to notifications when my son finished his workouts but now I can’t. When I reply to his workout notifications, I immediately get a “failure to send message” reply. I’ve updated all software on my iPhone and Apple Watch. Also my son is able to reply to workout notifications without a problem. What can I do to correct this?

cant reply on messenger on apple watch I bought an apple watch 6 and I used to be able to reply to messenger messages, but suddenly it stopped working. I can only reply on all other social sites, but not on messenger. when I paired my apple watch with another phone, replying to messenger messages worked again, but when I paired again, my phone doesn't work again. you don't know what to do with it?
