Why does my iPhone show multiple speaker options on calls?

when i try to put a call on speakerphone, i get one hundred macbook options for speaker

what can i do to have zero option of macbook please

iPad Listed as a Speaker Option on iPhone Calls Searching the web for solutions revealed that this has been a problem since OS 13. Has anything changed on OS 17? I clicked on at least 5 versions of this question throughout the community, and each had between 600-900 me tos. What I gather is that if I want the option to accept calls on my iPad, switching my iPhone call to speaker requires this convoluted inefficiency. Is there any way to keep the option to accept calls on my iPad AND switch calls on my iPhone with a single button press?

Mac showing as Audio choice on Iphone - calling or receiving calls I've seen this question several times, and all of the fixes do not work for me. Or after a reboot of iphone they work for a day and then the Macbook comes back as option. I just want the Speaker as option - not both. I have disabled handoff on both devices (even checking and then unchecking the Macbook and Ipad options on phone) I have rebooted. Turned bluetooth off on both devices (had to turn back on with Mac - have a mouse) I am on the latest software Has anyone solved this? Answering the phone and having to look down to select Speaker (vs Macbook) is a pain. I want the Macbook option gone. Thanks in Advance

before you ask, it's an iphone 16 pro with the latest iOs, the calls on other phones is already off
