How do I fix auto correct issues on my iPhone?
For some reason my auto corrects and bugs so I cannot type N-O without it going to yes. I do not know why this is happening

When you have something highlighted like No is and you see the suggestion as you have indicated, instead of spacing and allowing it to correct it, tap on the "No" you see. That helps the dictionary and suggestions learn. If you tap on the "No", it will leave the No there and you can continue. It is the way you tell it you don't want the suggestion it presents.
You might also want to check your Text Replacements on the phone to ensure you don't have something saved there.
