How do I unblock a dentist contact on iPhone XS Max?

I have a iPhone Xmax my dentist contact shows blocked in my contacts. I found a list of blocked numbers in settings. The dentist was not there. How do I unblock my dentist?

DELETING BLOCKED PHONE NUMBERS Going to Settings > blocked Contacts > brings up the list of Blocked Contacts > Sliding to the left will "Unblock" the number.... (Read the info. in the red flag).
