How do I delete duplicate photos from iPhone after MacBook backup?

i try and delete my pictures from my from but it doesn’t allow me to delete them and it says that the photo is “uneditable”.

How can I delete duplicate photos on my iPhone and iPad I’m trying to delete photos and videos that are duplicates on my iPhone. How can I do this? Is this possible to do easily or so I have to go through all of my photos individually?

Duplicate photos on iPhone How do I delete the several duplicate photos that somehow came to be on my iPhone? There is not an option to delete. To clarify further, I can delete the original, but not the multiple duplicates. The duplicates do not show up on Mac, only original. In addition, please tell me how this happened and what I can do to prevent it. I only back up my phone to my iMac photos, iCloud is not an option.
