How can I request a review for a blacklisted domain?

I've wasted a couple of hours talking to iCloud support who can't and won't help. They won't even send a message to engineering to investigate the blacklisting. This is not what paying customers hope for.


Has anyone even heard of a way to get a request through to engineering to review a blacklisting decision?
