Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M.NS) stock not available in iPhone Stocks app

I’m trying to add Mahindra & Mahindra (ticker: M&M.NS) to the iPhone Stocks app and the iOS widget, but it doesn’t appear in the search results. I know the Stocks app gets its data from Yahoo Finance, and M&M.NS is listed and available on the Yahoo Finance website without issue.

Why is this stock missing from the iPhone Stocks app? Is there a workaround or fix for this?

Also when I searched with full name, its returning from diff stock. ( probably in USD)

Any help would be appreciated!
