How to mass-delete old medication records on iPhone 12?

I’ve been recording all medications taken for the past six or more years on my Apple iPhone 12 running iOS 18.3.2. I need to delete the old records (say older than 6 months) because it has been taking longer and longer for the app to load with the information. It is no longer usable.

Can these old records be mass-deleted? If these records can’t be mass-deleted I won’t be able to keep track of my meds on my iPhone any longer. I take about 20 per day over the entirety of the day so this is a BIG DEAL for me.

If I have to give up on using the Medications features, is there any way to reclaim the space all that data is using?

Thanks.

The reason I ask is because a weak battery can significantly decrease the performance of your iPhone.

So if it’d be a battery issue, you wouldn’t need to delete all the records, since replacing the battery would likely resolve the issue.

Apple recommends getting a new battery when the Maximum Capacity reaches 80%. Yours is above that, so we can rule out a weak battery.

Can you confirm you’re talking about Apple’s Health app?
