Incorrect Representation of Cambodian Flag Emoji

Dear Apple Team,

I am writing to bring your attention to an issue regarding the Cambodian flag emoji (🇰🇭) on iOS devices. The current design of the emoji does not accurately reflect the official Cambodian national flag.

The central image of Angkor Wat on the emoji appears to be incorrect in its structure and design. The official Cambodian flag features a very specific and detailed representation of Angkor Wat, which is a sacred national symbol and holds deep cultural and historical importance for Cambodia.

I kindly request that Apple review and update the Cambodian flag emoji to ensure it aligns with the official flag design as recognized by the Cambodian government. For your reference, the correct version can be viewed here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Cambodia

Thank you for your time and for continuing to support accurate cultural representation in your products.

Sincerely,

Devith

The people on these boards are mostly other customers and don't have any control over this. Click here and choose a form.

For reference, while Apple controls how the emojis are displayed on its platform, they're created by the Unicode Consortium.
