Two individual Macs, one mouse
I have a Studio Mac with a 24" screen. Next to it, I am using my old iMac for news feeds. They both are operating as separate machines, but I am able to move the cursor from one to the other, which allows me to have many open tabs without degrading the performance of the Studio. However...
I can get the cursor to move smoothly from one to the other by constantly bumping the cursor at the edge of one screen. After about a dozen tries, it jumps to the second computer. From then on they communicate just fine. Is there some undisclosed way to do this without the hassle of poking at the edge of the screen indefinitely?
I run Sequoia on the Studio; Ventura on the iMac. The 2017 iMac cannot be upgraded to run Sequoia.
