Modal Password Windows Beachballing...

Just updated to macOS Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm seeing beachball anytime I have to input a password on an install modal window, system approval window, etc. It eventually carries through with the action, such as an install or settings change, but there is a good 60 second delay of beachball spinning.

Did not see this behavior under 15.4. Has there been some sort of security agent change that is causing this? Regarding SecurityAgent process, under Activity Monitor I'm seeing that process peg at 100% CPU and turn to the "(Not Responding) red color" when this occurs.

Any insight is most appreciated!
