Lockdown browser freezes MacBook
So I know this could be a problem with the lockdown browser app itself and not exactly a Mac problem, but I need to know if I’m the only one who has this problem or not. Most of the time, the app works perfectly fine. But occasionally, and usually only on the important times, when I click to open the lockdown browser my computer never loads it fully. First nothing happens for a few seconds when you click to open it, and then you try and click on something else and you realize you’re stuck on the screen you used to open it (in my case the website page I used to open the link.) it doesn’t do anything, and I know there’s a problem when I try to move my mouse up to the top taskbar. It appears for a split second then it disappears and it’s an endless loop meanwhile you can’t do anything else like how it would be if you are using the app normally as it locks you into your screen. It’s basically like it’s locked you into your screen without actually opening the app so you literally can’t do anything from that point, and you can’t restart directly from the Mac since you can’t access the top task bar properly unless you somehow have the force restart keyboard code memorized while you’re sitting in class trying to open your exam with your computer frozen. So is this really my MacBook’s fault or lockdown browser?
