Has anyone gotten used to the new photos layout?

Now that I've taken the time to get used to the new photos app, I still don't like it. I've customized to my personal liking but it still looks unorganized, glitchy ui , and also hard to navigate. I have to swipe 3 times just to get to the screenshot album even though it's pinned.
