Macbook Pro getting very hot on keyboard area

My Macbook Pro 2020 is getting very hot near keyboard and specifically in the area above touch bar. It has only happened today.

I checked CPU and Memory but I'm not sure I understood where the problem is.

Could you please help me out?

MacBook Air getting hot I have been using MacBook Air since 2019 October. For the last few months, I feel warm around the touchpad. I use Safari, Excel and Outlook only and sometimes Spotify. M4 Macbook Pro Overheating?; Hey everybody! I got my m4 macbook pro base model last week. Everything was fine but for the last couple of days bottom part of the laptop is getting a bit warm. Nothing crazy but you can feel it while using on your lap. And it wasn't like that when i first got the laptop. There was a macOS update few days ago i am not sure that if it is related, idk.. Anyone having a similar issue? Btw, using very basic apps like spotify, browser, telegram, whatsapp, mail etc..

If your keyboard has a silicone cover, then yes — that could be part of the issue. It might also be caused by thermal throttling, meaning your PC fans could be clogged and are unable to dissipate heat effectively.

Well I do have a silicone cover, but it was not on my keyboard.
