Both devices are on same WiFi, same update version, signed in with same account, indicated on iCloud, have been turned on and off. I’ve done the research and followed the instructions and still not working. I have 2022 iPad Air an iPhone 13.

How about manually refreshing the calendar? You can just pull down in the app to see if the calendar can be synced. If that still doesn’t do the trick, signing out of iCloud and back in again is worth a try.
It didn't work. I've tried everything. iCalendar items entered on iphone reflect on ipad, but iCalendar items entered on ipad don't reflect on iphone. I use a Gmail email account. All items entered are reflected in Google calendar online. Never had any problem. I think it started with last update. Any other suggestions?
