Why is my child's iPhone stuck on the Apple logo screen?

Child’s Phone started glitching. Tried to off load apps and photos but now stuck in Apple logo screen. Online help was not useful. I don’t want to factory reset because I don’t want to lose precious memories. Now phone is a brick! I have read through many discussion posts here. This has been a known issue since at least 2021. Why has apple not done anything to address this known issue? Do they want us to buy a new phone or pay a monthly cloud subscription? Seems so. Please Apple developers, fix this issue. Forwarn users about how much storage is too low so users have a chance to do something before an imminent crash. Extremely disappointing situation. 256GB phone 14

I'm going to guess the phone was low in memory, which causes issues. That is NOT an Apple caused issue. You can only put so much data on a phone before it doesn't work as designed. So blaming Apple won't get you anywhere. And you suggest you don't want to restore the phone and lose memories. You may not have a choice especially, if the phone wasn't being backed up regularly. Things not backed up will be lost. That again, is not Apple's fault.

Apple error code 1110 typically is caused by trying to update an phone which doesn't have enough space.

The phone will need to be restored. This link will explain what needs to be done --> If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
