How can I track my app complaint after reporting to Apple?

If you report to app send complain to Apple and they send it to developers do they have a way to contact you about the complaint?

How does report process go?

If you provided feedback to Apple via the feedback link (Product Feedback - Apple) there is no tracking or reply. This is noted in the acknowledgment when you submit feedback. Apple will review the matter internally.
