How can I recover a deleted app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max?

Swipe your home screen all the way left until you get to the App Library. Locate the app there, then press and hold and move it to the home screen you wish for it to appear at. If you do not see it there and have deleted it completely from the device, then go to the App Store and download it again.

Go to the App Library (the last page of the Home screen), find it and drag it to where you want it. If it isn’t there open the App Store, find it, and download it again. If you already purchased it you won’t be charged for it again.

Download it again. Open the App Store, click on your initials at the top right, then Apps. Scroll through the list of apps you've acquired and download the app you removed.

Be aware that in iOS, all data for an app is stored within the app. If it's a game, all progress will be gone. Anything you needed to enter will be gone. Some apps (like games) will supposedly save data on their servers so you can pick up where you left off. But it doesn't always work.
