Can someone help me with the keystrokes required to solve this equation on the iPhone or iPad calculator? How do I key an inverse log?

dB's are usually calculated using the logarithm base-10. So the inverse function would be 10ˣ (10 power x).
I'm not sure I understand the equation. Where is the "x" variable to be solved?
Another rule of thumb for dB's. If one doubles the power, the decibels increase by 3 dB. Inversely, to lower the decibels by 3 dB, the power source has to be halved (so 50%).
