Shazam isn't working on iPhone 15 Pro Max

llo, my shazam isn’t working, I deleted the app and reinstalled it but same problem, I have an iPhone X and it’s up to date this happened after I created a control center shortcut any ideas? llo, my shazam isn’t working, I deleted the app and reinstalled it but same problem, my phone is iPhone 15pro max .

It appears you are using Facetime at the same time you are trying to Shazam? End the Facetime call, then see if your Shazam works.

I understand the title of your thread was edited. But you say you have an iPhone X, then you also say you have iPhone 15 Pro Max. Which iPhone do you actually have?
