Dark Spots on MacBook Pro Screen While Watching Video After Water Damage Repair

I recently gave my MacBook Pro M3 Pro 14 inch to Apple for a water damage repair. It seems to be in mostly working order but I've noticed an issue while watching video. There are dark spots that flicker over the screen. I've taken a video that shows the issue clearly when I watch something and then switch to a light tab. For a few seconds, the dark spots while be clearly visible before disappearing. Will I need to send it back for further repairs? Note that I only notice this while watching video and immediately after as shown by the screenshots.
