Mouse keeps freezing in Sequoia 15.1.1 after going to sleep

I have resolved this problem but could not post it to the thread "Mouse keeps freezing in Sequoia 15.1.1" because it was clearly prematurely closed for comment after only one in the last 2 months. My problem was raised by a video at Asurion, and it was apparently low batteries which resolved after I replaced them. What happened is that in the last week when I didn't use my mouse for an extended period it would take 1-2 minutes to wake up my mouse cursor.

Immediateness is insubstantiated and immaterial. I've asked for guidance immediately upon getting notified by updates and subsequent update notifications don't indicate whether the old or a new update is at hand. You are argumentative. I finally got permission from another consultant to update to the current version and did so. BUT, the solution on the web was found only at Asurion's website which was simply to use batteries with a greater charge.
