Why does my Apple Account show 3 recovery contacts when I only set up one?

I have always only ever set up one recovery contact. But when I go into my sign in & security section on my iPhone. It shows 3 recovery contracts. I then click on this and it only shows the one I originally set up and not the other 2.. is this a glitch? Any pointers?

im not part of any family sharing… but my device keeps indicating that I’m linked some how to other devices..
