How do I stop Calendar events from moving to random dates?

I use the calendar regularly but things I’ve entered on certain dates move around to random dates regularly. Powering off and on corrects it but I’m forced to do it every day. Is there a way to correct the problem without constantly powering off?

Try going to Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure "Set Automatically" is turned on—if the time zone is off, it can cause calendar events to shift unexpectedly. Also, head to Settings > Apps > Calendar > Time Zone Override and either turn it on with the correct time zone set, or turn it off so events follow your current location.
